The Institute For Literacy and Learning is now offering a limited number of Literacy Evaluation Grants

As a grant recipient, you will receive a comprehensive literacy audit and evaluation for your school that includes:

• Review of existing test scores and assessment data
• Interviews of teachers, curriculum directors, reading specialists and principals
• Audit of existing reading programs
• Comparison to benchmark best practices

Benefits of an unbiased third party audit:

• Identification of gaps in current programs and practices
• Guidance on budgeting levels

Recommendations for curriculum development, intervention strategies, and professional development.

Determine if you are eligible for a grant.  All administrators and literacy leaders (Teachers, Reading Coaches, Reading Specialists, Title I teachers, Principals, Curriculum Directors, Superintendents) associated with a school district are eligible to apply.
